1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp. butter
2 cans artichokes, drained
1 c. shredded cheese, swiss or cheddar
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in butter slightly. Add artichokes and continue to sauté, stirring gently as to not break up the artichokes. Warm thoroughly; put in small casserole, top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake at 375º until cheese melts. This can be served as an appetizer as well.
