layer 1: package of Oreos crushed well
1 stick of butter.

layer 2: 8 oz cool whip-room temp
8 oz cream cheese-room temp
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c powder sugar

layer 3: 1 lg box instant chocolate pudding

layer 4: 8 oz cool whip-room temp

Directions:
Layer 1: Take out 1/3 cup of Oreo and reserve. Melt butter and add to crushed Oreos. Mix completely and press into 9 x 13 pan.

Layer 2: Mix cool whip, cream cheese and vanilla. Gradually add powder sugar.-use hand mixer. Pour over crust.

Layer 3: Follow pie recipe on pudding box. Pour over 2nd layer and let set up.

Layer 4: Carefully spread cool whip on top of pudding.
Finally sprinkle reserved Oreo on top. Refrigerate or may be frozen
