1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice (concentrate, thawed)
1/2 tsp ginger
Crumb mixture: 1-1/3 c corn flake crumbs or crushed maple and honey nut flakes
1-1/3 c flaked coconut (optional)

Directions:

Roll chicken parts in liquid mixture, then in crumb mixture. Brown in skillet. Transfer to 325-degree oven for one hour.
