9 large cucumbers
1/2 c pickling salt
1 qt chopped onions

Dressing

1 pint vinegar
1 tsp turmeric
3 T flour
1 tsp celery seed
1 T prepared mustard
3 c sugar
1 tsp mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and seed cucumbers. Dice cucumbers and onions fine. Sprinkle with salt. Let stand overnight. Next morning; drain and rinse well.

Dressing

Heat vinegar. Add remaining ingredients. Add cucumber mixture. Cook slowly 5-8 minutes. Pour into jars while hot and process 10 minutes in hot water bath.
