2 c sugar
1 c water
1 T corn syrup
1/4 c butter
1/2 c cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in large saucepan. Stir them to mix then dissolve sugar over gentle heat without stirring. Insert sugar thermometer. Bring to a boil and cook to 240º. Take pan from heat and cool to lukewarm without stirring. Beat until the frosting holds it shape. To prevent sticking during boiling draw wooden spoon through mixture from time to time.
