2 lb dry cooking potatos
1 onion, chopped
half cup boullion
salt + pepper to taste
halfe cup mayonnaise, mixed with plain youghurt

Directions:
Directions:
boil potatos in skin, let cool, peal and slice.
heat boullion and cook chopped onions for 3 Min.
add salt and pepper and pour over patatos. Toss gently. The
potatos ought to absorb all liquid. Add more if necessary.
toss gently with Mayo-mixture.
Optional additions:
chopped pickels
chopped eggs
sliced scallions
capers
parsley
cilantro....etc
