Strawberry, peach, plum, apricot, or whatever.
1 cup fruit-cubed
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 to 1/4 cup apple juice
1/2 to 1 teaspoon sugar substitute (Sweet and Low)
Unflavored gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and cook 3 or 4 minutes on high heat. Taste to make sure if more sweetener is needed. Sprinkle 1 or 2 unflavored gelatin packets over it and stir till dissolved to make it firm.
