1 cup celery chopped
1 cup green bell pepper chopped
1 cup red bell pepper chopped
1 cup onion chopped
1 cup sugar
1 1-pound can sauerkraut, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Stir well. Let stand covered, overnight. Drain (unless you like it juicy), and serve to all those poor rascals in your neighborhood who've been chased out to work in the garden. It should convince them that home-grown veggies are superior.
