2 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup cubed apple
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup commercial sour cream
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper
Lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine cream, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken mixture and toss gently. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours. To serve, spoon onto lettuce leaf and serve.
