1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
2/3 cup shortening
1 package lemon Jell-O dissolved in 2/3 cup hot water
4 eggs beaten 5 minutes
Bake for 45 minutes at 350

For Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2/3 cup juice mixed

When using frozen lemon juice use 1/2 can of water to 1 can of juice and then use 2/3 cup of this mixture for the glaze. Punch cake full of holes while hot and pour the glaze over it.
