1 lb. unpeeled fresh shrimp,
1 (12 oz.) package fettuccine (or desired pasta),
1/2 lb. chopped smoked sausage,
1/2 c. butter or margarine,
1 chopped medium onion,
1 chopped small green bell pepper,
4 minced garlic cloves,
1 can Rotel,
Cajun Seasoning,
1/2 to 1 tsp. Crab Boil,
3 T. all-purpose flour,
2 c. chicken broth,
1 c. half and half,
1/2 c. heavy cream,
6 oz. cubed Velveta block cheese,
3/4 c. chopped green onions,
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese,
3 T. chopped parsley.

Peel shrimp, and devein, if desired. Set aside. Prepare fettuccine according to package directions. Drain, and set aside. Cook sausage in large dutch oven over medium heat until browned; remove sausage and set aside. Melt butter in drippings in medium heat. Add shrimp, cook until pink. Remove, and keep warm. Add onion and next three ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat 10 minutes or so. Stir in flour, crab boil, and season to taste. Cook for one minute, while stirring. Gradually add chicken broth; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for one minute. Reduce heat to medium-low, and add half and half and cream; cook until mixture simmers. Add Velveta, sausage, and shrimp, stirring until cheese melts. Stir in chopped green onions, parmesan cheese, and chopped fresh parsley. Serve over hot pasta. Enjoy!
