~4 peices of boneless chicken
~olive oil (1 cup)
~salt and pepper
~greek seasonings
~1 clove of galic/ mined
Directions:
Directions:
Slice your chicken into halfs, then place in 11/2 inch backing pan. Now, put your 1 cup of olive oil in the pan. Add salt and pepper and other seasonings to taste. Place a clove of galic around you chicken. Bake at 360º until brownish. Enjoy!
