Cake:
- Vanilla wafers, crushed
- 3 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease bottom of springform pan. Crush enough vanilla wafers to cover bottom of pan 1/4 inches thick. Set aside.

Blend cream cheese until soft and creamy. Add sugar and blend. Add eggs one at a time, blending between each. Add vanilla and blend. Pour on top of crust. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.

Blend topping ingredients until smooth. Pour over cake while still hot. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes. When done, put directly in refrigerator to cool. Add fruit topping (if desired) when cool.
