2 (12 oz.) Cans sweet potatoes
1 C. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
Chopped pecans
1 stick of Ritz crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Place sweet potatoes and nuts in casserole dish. Mix beaten eggs with cinnamon, brown sugar and melted butter, pour over sweet potatoes. Crush Ritz crackers, put on top of casserole, dot with more butter. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
