2 c. light brown sugar
5 oz. evaporated milk (small can)
2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, milk and butter in large glass bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir. Cook 3 to 4 minutes more. (Mixture is done when a soft ball forms when dropped into cold water.)

Add vanilla and pecans. Beat with spoon until mixture becomes creamy and starts to thicken. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Allow to cool before removing from wax paper.
