1 Can cream corn
2 Cans whole kernal corn
1/2 C. milk
1 egg
1/2 lb. swiss cheese, shredded
Cracker crumbs
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs and butter. Place in greased casserole dish. Melt butter and add to cracker crumbs (crushed Ritz work well) and put on top of casserole. Bake at 350 about 30 to 45 mins. or until firm. To check for doneness: insert clean knife in center -- if it comes out clean, it is done.
