11/2 c. cubed cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
11/2 tsp.salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. scalded milk
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese over hot water just under the boiling point. Add flour, butter and seasonings which have been creamed together. Add milk and beaten eggs gradually. Cook until smooth. Serve hot over toast or saltine crackers.
