1 box of yellow cake mix
1 1/3 lb ricotta cheese (3 cups)
3/4 c sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour into a 13 in x 9 in pan. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon evenly over batter. Bake at 350º for one hour. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
