2 c sugar
2 c canned pumpkin
1/2 c canola oil
1/2 c fat-free vanilla yogurt
4 large egg whites
3 c all-purpose flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Whisk together sugar, pumpkin, oil, yogurt, and egg whites. Combine flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture, stirring until just moist. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into 2 loaf pans (8x4 inch) coated with cooking spray. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack and remove from pans. Freezes well.
