4 oz. cream cheese- softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
9 oz cool whip
1 9 in. graham cracker crust or oreo crust or reg. pie crust baked and cooled
1/4 c. chopped peanuts

Whip cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly into mixture. Pour into pie shell- freeze until firm.

I got this recipe from favorite recipes of the Cedar Creek Grist Mill. The mill was built in 1876 in Woodland, WA and was fun to visit. This is one of Tim's favorite desserts and one of mine too just because it is so easy to make. - I use chunky peanut butter too.
