3 - 4 medium raw sweet potatoes
2 cups pure whipping cream
2 cups white granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. Place in a deep skillet with small amount of water. Bring to boil; add cream, sugar and cinnamon. Cook on medium heat until thickened.
