8 - 10 thinly sliced white potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans milk

Put potatoes and onion in a greased 10 1/2x13 1/2 inch baking dish. Set aside. In a mixing bowl combine ground beef, oatmeal, egg, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup milk. Mix well; spread meat over potatoes, leaving about 1/2 inches around edges. Mix soups and 2 cans of milk together and pour over meat. Bake at 350 for approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until done.
