2 c. peaches, peeled and chopped
2 c. raspberries, best if hand picked
juice from 1 lemon
6 c. sugar
1 box Sure-Jell fruit pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the pectin with the fruit and lemon juice in a large kettle. Bring to a boil. Immediately stir in the sugar and bring to a second boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir and skim for 5 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars, filling to within 3/4' top of rim. Cover with lids and process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
