1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb pork sausage
1/2 lb chicken livers (chopped or ground)
1 tbsp parsley (dried)
2 tbsp Kitchen Bouquet
1/4 c chicken broth
1 small jar chopped pimentos
6 c cooked rice
salt & pepper to taste
1 large onion - chopped
1 large bell pepper - chopped
3 stalks celery - chopped
1 c green onion tops - chopped
6 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Heat oil in large Dutch oven; add beef, sausage and livers and cook until grey in color. Add all other ingredients except rice and simmer for 20 minutes. Mix in cooked rice and stir just until blended. Cover with foil or lid and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until the rice has absorbed all of the liquid.
