Meat Loaf:
1 1/2 lb ground round
1 small pkg Pepperidge Farm herb dressing (not cubed style)
1 onion - chopped
3 eggs
parsley
salt & pepper to taste

Sauce:
1 pkg spaghetti sauce mix
1 6-oz can tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Mix meat, Pepperidge farm dressing, onion, parsley, salt & pepper and eggs. Blend well. Form in a loaf and place in regular loaf pan. Bake in oven for approximately 1 hour.

Prepare spaghetti sauce according to package directions. After meatloaf bakes for approximately 30 - 45 minutes, spoon sauce over top of meatloaf and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
