1 1/2 c rice
2 cans of consommé
1 can water
3-4 cloves crushed garlic
3 tbsp lemon juice
4-6 pork chops (browned in skillet)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, consommé, water, garlic and lemon juice in 9x13 baking dish. Top with browned meat, cover with foil and bake at 350º until rice is cooked. 45 minutes to 1 hour.

I think my grandmother served this every Sunday. We all loved it. This dish freezes well and will keep several days in the refrigerator. May be made with ribs or chicken too.
