4 ripe medium tomatoes (italian plum work well)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers
1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all ingredients. Mix together and chill for minimum of 2 hours. Can be made the day before, but not greater than 24 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
