1 can artichokes
1 pkg of frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed
1 cup of Helmann's mayonaise
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 cup of parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In blender put in the artichokes, and defrosted, squeezed spinach. Blend. Add chopped onion and mayonaise. Add parmesan cheese. Put into a casserole dish. Heat until hot.
