2 eggs, beaten
2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 1/2 c. raisin bread
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line 9x5x3 loaf pan with wax paper. Combine eggs, bananas, vanilla, nuts, and raisin bran. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir oil into cereal mixture. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder,salt and baking soda and add to cereal mixture. Stir just until moistened. Spoon into loaf pan. Bake 60-65 minutes or until done. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
