1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 cup mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup milk (hot or real warm)
5-6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soak yeast in lukewarm water. In a large bowl place potatoes, sugar, eggs, salt, salad oil and milk. Mix together-add yeast and flour to make a stiff dough. Place in greased bowl and cover. Place in refrigerator and use within 4 days. Punch down and knead slightly. Shape and let rise 1 1/2 hour. Bake at 400º for 8 minutes.
