4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled, reserve grease
1/4 C. cider vinegar
2 T. water
2 tsp. sugar
1 egg and 2 T. evaporated nilk
Fresh leaf lettuce or spinach, raw
Sweet Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Add vinegar, water sugar to bacon grease and heat to boiling. Add one egg and evaporated milk and pour over lettuce and mix well.

When we were kids, June always cut fresh dandelion greens out of our yard in the spring and made wilted salad with those greens. I guess that's one way to get rid of dandelions in your yard!
