Pineapple Cream Pie Recipe

1-1/2 C. flour
2 T. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/2 C. oil plus 2 T. milk

Mix ingredients and roll out and place in pie tin, fluting edges. Prick bottom and sides with tines of fork. Bake at 425 for 15 - 20 minutes, watch closely. Cool before filling.

1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
6 T. lemon juice
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 Medium can crushed pineapple, drained well
Chopped Nuts
Marachino Cherries
Mix all ingredients until thick and put in cooled pie shell. Refrigerate.
