Stuffed Manicotti Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 - 6oz. cans tomato paste
2 cups water
2 T chopped parsley
1 T dried basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Simmer 30 minutes


3 cups creamed cottage cheese - drained
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 cup snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Cook shells until just tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Fill shells. Put half sauce in bottom of pan then shells. Top with rest of sauce.

Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
