1 cup soft butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 cups four
3/4 cup chopped nuts
powdered sugar for rolling cookies in
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the butter and powdered sugar. Add vanilla, salt and flour to blend. Add nuts.
Chill dough. Roll by either teaspoon or tablespoon into round balls. Bake in 400 degree oven for 7 to 12 minutes depending on the size of the cookie. While still warm roll in powdered sugar. When cool, roll in powdered sugar again.
