1 lb. Boar's Head Sauerkraut
2 T Thousand Island Dressing
8 slices pumpernickle or dark rye bread
1 lb. Boar's Head Corned Beef sliced thinly
4 slices Boar's Head Premium Swiss Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain, do not rinse sauerkraut and combine with dressing. Top four halves of bread with sauerkraut followed with corned beef, one slice swiss cheese. Close wih second slice of bread. Spread with butter. Fry on both sides until cheese melts.
