12 lg. eggs
1/3 c. sugar
6 c. milk
3 c. Kahlua, Tia Maria, or other coffee liqueur
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. heavy cream
additional nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until thick and lemon colored (5 min). Reduce mixer speed to low; gradually add milk, liqueur and nutmeg. Chill.
Before serving, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. With a wire whisk, gently fold whipped cream into chilled egg mixture.
Pour into punch bowl and sprinkle with nutmeg.
