2/3 c. chunky peanut butter
6 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 tbsp. hot chili/garlic sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:

Mix - cover - refrigerate 24 hrs.
Serve with celery, carrots, jicama, pea pods, zucchini, etc.
