2 lbs. ground chuck
1 egg, beaten
1 large finely chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground chuck, egg, onion and salt and form into bite size balls. Brown in skillet.

Sauce:
1 bottle chili sauce
Half of a 10 oz. jar grape jelly
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix sauce and add to meatballs and simmer.

Can be placed in crock pot with sauce on low for several hours. I don't know which Inaugural this is from, but I think it's from the 50s or 60s.
