3 c. of pineapple juice
1 c. of brown sugar
3/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. ground ginger

Put steaks in 1 gallon Zip-lock bags (I used two bags for 6 steaks) and place in the refrigerator for 72 hours. Move them around a little whenever you happen to think about it. Cook them on a hot grill to your liking.

I took a couple of cups of the marinade afterward and heated it up in a saucepan. Then took a little corn starch (dissolved in a little water) to thicken it up a little and basted steaks while grilling. Don't overcook them. You can always put them back on the grill if necessary.
