1 box toothpicks
1 qt. jalapenos
1 block Jalapeno Pepper Jack cheese
Meat - You can use Dove, Duck, Deer, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the meat of choice in thin slices, and use a tenderizer to flatten out. Cut the pound of bacon in half. Cut the block of cheese up in little 1/4" logs.

Lay a slice of bacon down, put a piece of meat in the center of the bacon. Then put one sliver of Jalapenos, and a log of cheese on top of the meat. Roll the bacon around the entire meat/ jalapenos/ cheese wrap and insert a toothpick to hold it in place.

Now you can either soak in Italian Dressing/water mixture, flour and deep fry until golden crispy, OR you can cook on the grill.

Personal Notes:
If cooking on the grill, do not load the grill up with to many at once and be prepared for the grill to really fire up as the bacon drippings melt away. Both are really great tasty treats that the whole party will enjoy!
