8-9 boneless chicken breasts
3 eggs
2 sticks butter
Large can seasoned bread crumbs
2 cans mushrooms, drained
1 chicken bouillon
1/2 cup water
2 pkgs. munster cheese (8 oz each)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breasts in strips. Let soak in 3 beaten eggs (soak all day or all night). Roll in seasoned bread crumbs. Brown in 2 sticks butter. Put chicken in baking dish, add mushrooms. Dissolve bouillon in water, add to casserole. Add 2 packages cheese, cover and bake at 350º for 30 min.
