1 quart water
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. (16 oz) frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 pkg. (16 oz) velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, broccoli and onion in large saucepan over medium flame. Bring to boil, cook until broccoli is tender. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until cheese is melted. Makes 101/2 cups.
