1) 5-7 LBS of meat (cubed) chuck roast and pork
2) 4-6 Bay Leaves
3) 4-5 c. of water *
4) 1-11/2 c. of White Vinegar *
5) Soy sauce *
6) 5-6 Garlic Cloves
7) 2 jars pickling spice
8) Black Pepper

Make samll pouches for pickling spice with cheese cloth and tie with twine (or use UNUSED nylon stockings)

Add all ingredients in large dutch oven and bring to a boil. Reduce heat - Simmer approx. 2-3 hours

* Adjust seasoning as cooking (To taste)
