2 - 3 lbs. chicked, cook, cool and debone
3 stalks celery
1 onion
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken
1 can milk
3 stacks Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, cool and debone chicken. Cut or shred into chunks.
Saute celery and onion and add soups and milk. Mix. Make 3 layers in 9 X 13 pan, cracker crumbs, chicken, and then sauce.
Bake 45 at 350.
