Ingredients:  
1 medium onion
2 T. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 t. salt
dash of pepper
1 medium cabbage
2 c. grated american cheese (velveeta)
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in butter
Add ground beef, season
Cut cabbage into 1" pieces
Cook cabbage in separate pan, slowly until translucent (10 minutes)
Add to hamburger.
Add cheese and sour cream
Mix. Top with buttered crumbs
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes

When the kids were little this was one of their favorite meals. Unfortunately David learned that Velveeta didn't come from France, so I'm not sure how he feels about this now.
