3 T. rice wine vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. dark sesame oil
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
4 c. (8 oz) packaged cole slaw mix (shredded fresh cabbage and carrots)
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. thinly sliced green onion
1/4 c. chopped peanuts or cashews

Directions:

Combine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper flakes in medium bowl; mix well

Add cole slaw mix, raisins, and green onions; toss well.

Chill at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours before serving.
