3 1/2 cups pecan halves
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn syrup, brown sugar and butter in small microwavable bowl. Microwave at high for 1 minute. Stir until butter is melted. Microwave again 1 minute or until boiling rapidly. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Stir in pecans until coated. Line baking sheet with parchment or foil and grease. Spread nuts on top. Bake in 250 degree oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
