Slow Cooked Bread Pudding Recipe

8 slices cinnamon swirl bread, cubed
4 eggs
2 C. milk
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. melted butter
1/2 C. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 C. water
3/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Place bread cubes in greased crock pot. Beat eggs, milk; stir in sugar, butter cinnamon and raisins. Pour over bread and stir. Cover and cook on high 1 hour, reduce to low for 3-4 hours. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add rest of sauce ingredients. Bring to boil. Cook and stir until thickened. Drizzle on top of pudding in serving bowls.
