1 box vanilla wafers
½ tsp. rum flavoring
Bacardi Rum
½ c. honey
1 lb. finely chopped or ground pecans
Powdered Confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Crush 1 box of vanilla wafers to make fine crumbs (put in a chopper or in a baggie and roll over the bag with a rolling pin). In a ½ cup measure put ½ tsp. rum flavoring and fill with rum; add ½ c. strained honey to the crumbs; blend well. Stir in 1 lb. ground pecans and finish blending with your hands. Pinch off bits to make about 4½ dozen balls. Roll in sifted confectioners sugar and place on waxed paper for an hour or more. You'll have to roll them two or three times for a heavy coating of white.
