1 head of lettuce, torn (not cut)
1 firm, ripe tomato, diced
½ small onion, diced
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 bottle chilled creamy Parmesan salad dressing
Broken pieces of Doritos style nachos chips
Pinch of salt
Dash of pepper

Wash lettuce and tomato. Rinse kidney beans and drain off liquid. In large salad bowl put torn lettuce, tomato, and kidney beans (can be prepared, covered and refrigerated until just before serving the salad). At serving time add tomato, salt, pepper, and Creamy Parmesan dressing. Toss to mix. Last step, add Doritos pieces over the top.
